FOR SALE. Lachenal 56 Key Edeophone duet concertina s/n 2654 circa 1907.

This is a fairly unusual and rare Maccann duet concertina s/n 2654 circa 1907 which has brown leather 9 fold bellows, gold plated raised metal ends and amboyna woodwork. It seems likely that the reeds will be steel.

 

The bellows are airtight and there are about 6 keys that only work in one direction and one silent key.

 

Given the 9 fold bellows, amboyna woodwork and gold plated fretted ends I would think this was somebodies pretty special concertina.

 

This concertina comes without a box.
