Scut
Last month I bought my first Concertina. It's a Tina from the Irish Concertina Company. Two weeks in I brought it back due to one of the buttons continuing to play despite not being pressed (B/C Natural on the right). They sent it to a local repairman and the issue remained unresolved. I brought it back in again yesterday and it was replaced with a brand new one and yet the exact same button is having the exact same issue but worse! I'm a bit embarrassed about going back for a third time... could just be that I'm doing something wrong? Thank you in advance for any help/ advice ! Theo
You should not be embarrassed, its the maker who should be embarrassed. Send it back.
Alan Day
It may have lost part of the pad which lifts up the button and the pin jams in the hole. Al
d.elliott
Take it back, you are spending good money for something that works. They should be able to sort the problem quickly, especially if it one of their own manufacture
