gtotani
Thanks for the good news! As I am far away from Red Cow Music, I will have to wait till it will be on print-on-demand at amazon worldwide!

This book is only available in hard copy and not in digital version for kindle. update: I received my copy today on November 4th. It was printed "on-demand" in Japan. Excellent work, Gary! Alison Scott
I wonder if Gary has any plans to issue a Kindle version of this one? I will buy it on paper if I have to but I'm trying to buy as few paper books as possible.
Owen Anderson
Same question. I would be quite interested in a Kindle version.
gcoover
Kindle will be coming soon! I decided to try leading with the paperback version first since it nets John a little higher royalty. Gary

gcoover
Hey Owen, thanks for the reminder! A facsimile edition should be live momentarily. I'm off to England in a couple of days for two weeks, but afterwards can probably create a linkable Table of Contents. Gary
