However the thing that stands out to me is how far they all seem to lift their fingers off the buttons. Is this an Irish style 'thing'? - it looks like hard work to me, but obviously works!. When I'm playing (English style) my fingers generally only just come clear of the buttons - possibly to do with having started on a melodeon.
