Finger Chart for 48-Key Tenor EC?

Hi

I've been dipping in and out of these forums here for quite a whlle and really appreciate the knowledge I've picked up here. I'm hoping someone can help with my query. I'm in the lucky position of being able to afford a 48-key tenor EC but it would be so much easier if someone could point me to a finger chart please? I believe there was a file posted to these forums by Geoff Crabb a few years ago but it's now marked as unavailable. 

I know it's a question of dropping the top four high keys from a standard treble layout and adding 4 lower keys, but seeing as the position of the 48 buttons remains the same, I'm struggling to understand which ones.   Help!

This document may help. It refers to Crabb concertinas but the same principle should apply to other makes.

It shows two layouts, but the note range is identical.
