Is there such thing as jack or Jackie English style bass concertinas?

Once my eye caught on a Jack/Jackie bass concertina and I could not find the post again. so I thought I would ask if its a real thing

I recall humor at the time the Jack baritone appeared as a follow-on to the Jackie treble: That Wim would introduce a bass model and call it the "Ja." It was a joke, of course.
