Daniel Hersh
I think it's German, but the exterior is a better copy of an English-made Anglo than I've usually seen: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Antique-Boxed-21-Button-Broad-Reed-Steel-Notes-Concertina-For-Restoration/133634551283 . And it comes in "THE registered Concertina-Box"!

wes williams
The buttons seem to be stuck to the ends of the levers - a typical German style construction. The label on the right hand end looks to have C.G.H on it, which I think I've seen elsewhere as a known German maker. The C.G.H monogram is the mark of Carl Gottlieb Herold, in Klingenthal, Wes. Edited February 17, 2021 by Stephen Chambers
