It's a Wheatstone mini in the key of "D"  Inside row is "D" row and outside row is set up in the accidentals.

Aside from being a tasteful Christmas decoration, it shows that most everyone who plays for awhile eventually acquires more than one concertina, each with its own voice and 'personality'.
