Chmiel Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 I play the Polish Polkas and Waltzs on the Piano Accordion and now learning how to play the Concertina that is used in Polka Bands. I want to learn how to play the Honky Style of Polkas and Waltzs like some of the Polka Bands do. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to play this Style or who can I contact to learn how? Thanks.

You're probably talking about the "Chemnitzer" Concertina. Most of the folks here (myself included) don't know much about them. You're more likely to find kindred spirits at this site. Good luck.
