saltyd Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 I am looking for a decent used starter concertina under $400. It seems like the Wren is popular but I can't find any in the U.S. Does anyone know where to get a used anglo that fits what I'm looking for?
Breve Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 (edited) I have a 30 button G/D Stagi I'd sell for about that price, shipping would be extra and it doesn't have it's own case. It was adjusted by the Button Box people and I have an email documenting what they did. G/D is the less common tuning though and you'll have to figure out if that path is for you or not. Vince Herman Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 My Wren took 6 days to get to Cleveland. I was also considering a Rochelle which is out of stock but they do occasionally get in a used instrument through their trade-up program. You have to ask them if they have one.
