I love this song. I'm publishing my arrangement although I haven't finished polishing it yet ?

It's a great tune! I first heard it when it was a 1968 hit record in England as "Those Were the Days":

 

 

And in later years I rediscovered it as a tune played as "Tsiganskaia" by French gypsy musicians, for Russian cabarets in Paris:
