I think the „label“ has been individually created by the former owner (a kid most likely) by glueing lots of (silly, if you will) badges and pics onto the original concertina label...

The Zulu design reflects the fact that the concertina 'squashbox' was a Zulu national instrument in colonial days. I had rather wondered whether the image above was racist; but concluded that it represented a real marketing of a Czech product.  If you look up 'Zulu concertina', you will find lots of interesting history and recordings.
