CountGivenchy
Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. I have just listed two concertinas on eBay which were my grandfather's. Details can be found at: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Model-21-Wheatstone-treble-English-concertina/254233634265 https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Wheatstone-40-key-Lachenal-Anglo-concertina-pre-World-War-I/254233634033. I would be happy to sell direct and then make a contribution to concertina.net for the upkeep of the website. regards, Marsh Conley
Don Taylor
Marsh As a fellow Canadian when I read your eBay listing I teared up a little: This concertina was carried throughout WWI by my grandfather who, at 39 years old, was the 43rd person to enlist in the Canadian Army. He won the Military Medal as a sapper for his bravery. It is very sad that nobody in your family is a player or might want to be a player in the future. Don. CountGivenchy
I am the last of the line so it is better that they go to a good home than be thrown out because no one appreciated the, Thanks Don!
Theo
The anglo is simply a Lachenal, and one of their better models. Including Wheatstone on the title may confuse some buyers. Would be worth editing the listing if you can.

hrst
Hello Marsh. Are either of your concertinas still available? I live in Halifax too and would be interested in seeing them. Ron MacIntyre
