Way back in 2018, I downloaded that ABC script and worked up an edited version. I just 'massaged' it a little more to ensure it's up-to-speed with my current coding standard. Here it is:

As David Barnert has said elsewhere, you can paste this into Michael Eskin's program and add concertina tablature. I wasn't able to check the addition of Gary Coover-style tablature as I use a 'custom' tablature for my own work, but it's (possibly?) worth pointing out that the tablature will be melody-only - not the full-on hardcore Coover-style tablature...

This is more of an Argentine Tango, but great listening.

If it is not on the Duet recordings then it should be.

I love the studio.

This is more of an Argentine Tango...

I thought the tango was primarily Argentinian in origin - South American anyway...?

Whatever, in my Tango collection which has grown from one to a (massive🙂) eight since 2018,

I see one Mexican and two Finnish tangos, plus an Australian 'tangoette' - at least, that's what it

says on the tin... The remainder are all Argentinian I think...

According to Wikipedia, “Tango is a partner dance and social dance that originated in the 1880s along the Río de la Plata, the natural border between Argentina and Uruguay.” But that’s the origin of the tango form. Individual tangos can come from wherever they are composed.

I must admit I was more into dancing it than where it came from.

Oh sorry! No criticism intended - I was just a little tickled that I could see tangos from 'unexpected' places like Finland and Oz...
