usereality
Colin Dipper #47 A 30 button C/G Anglo concertina. Raised wood ends, bone buttons and JS Holman case all in excellent condition. The instrument was made for me in the early 80s and is 5 5/8” across the front, the sound is bright and clear. John Sylte
I placed a bid on this and then this morning the whole listing has disappeared?
usereality
this is the first time i've dealt with eBay and I got the combo wrong ..I may list it again or just take bids at bobblack9201@gmail.com ..could be easier
John Sylte
Got the combo wrong? I bid over 7k, new record for me. A bit of a disappointment to wake up to. Unless you walk away from the ebay account that you used, I suspect you'll have trouble ending the listing.

Mjolnir
You also said it was a 30 button when the photos clearly showed 16 buttons on the left hand and 15 on the right. You don't seem to know very much about this concertina you're selling.
Fdracula110
This is a lovely instrument that this gentleman is selling. He accidentally mentioned the word "ivory" instead of bone buttons in the listing. eBay contacted him, telling him that ivory was a banned substance and that the listing would need to be closed. Great opportunity to buy a beautiful instrument.
PaddyLosty
Is it 30 buttons or 31? What is the extra button?
CaryK
That would be the air button. It's located on the right-hand side of the concertina not the left and typically operated by the thumb. All 30-button anglos have 31 buttons when you include the air button. mathhag
I found Bob to be really very nice when I contacted him about my interest before it was listed on eBay. Unfortunately it was not in my budget. I am sure if you have interest in this instrument you should contact him. I also know that ivory or rosewood can cause real issues especially if you are crossing borders. Edited December 13, 2017 by mathhag

No, when there was a picture of the other side of the instrument there is an additional button on the inside of the left hand C row.
