Another 'unidentified' Anglo Recently Sold On Ebay

I wonder if anyone on C.net bought this very interesting 20b Anglo, labelled J Wallis, which was being sold from Christchurch, NZ ?

Its identity/maker is probably obvious to some but not to me; please help!
