Very brief. An even briefer appearance at 1:42, and she's in the crowd at 2:00. But I can't hear the concertina at any time.

 

Does anybody here know who it is with the concertina? Looks like most of the "band" in the video was gathered from the crowd at some festival or other.

Is that an end view of a much larger concertina at 3:51? Can't tell for sure but I imagine it to be large duet.

Almost certainly not. With the image stopped and blown up to full screen, the shape of that object is insufficiently regular, nor can I see any hand holding it. Could just as easily be a drum or even a hat, but I'm guessing "none of the above".

Very idiosyncratic music in either case, thanks for posting, and I noticed that the video was recorded at my alma mater's location. Way to go, Hoosiers!
