I just got back from the Lake Genero old-time weekend in Pennsylvania, USA, which was wonderful all 'round.

My camping neighbor was a friend of the legendary New York City Irish fiddler Tony DeMarco. He was visiting for the day and I asked him if he would like a few tunes. The two of us played a dozen or so and had a great time. What a nice guy. Sorry, no sound files to present, but suffice it to say that we played an interesting combination of my harmonic concept of Irish tunes on the Anglo with Tony's traditional and improvisational fiddle styles. Very interesting music. Really a delight!

What a pleasure to meet and play with Tony.
