That one with the 30b Anglo looks like Janet Dows to me. I'd guess she put it up for one of her students.

That is nuts! The bellows are interesting as they are circular - they must be made of a stretchy rubber or something. I always wondered if anyone ever tried that

They're probably cannibalized from bellows commercially made for another purpose, for instance:
