Randy Stein Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 (edited) I was cleaning out some of my files and found one of the first arrangements I did on my own with the help of Boris Matueswich. The tune is called The Days of Wine and Roses by Henry Mancini. It was, at the time, quite a challange with modulating major to minor chording and such: D7witha 5m - D9 or decending chords Am-Dm - Dm7-Bm7-Bflat9, etc So I found the sheet music and am reworking working the tune. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I'll have it in my fingers enough to do a demo. Reworking is a lot of fun and offers a way to keep my repertoire fresh. rss Edited February 21, 2015 by Randy Stein
