Agreed, beautifully played.

But Step Back is a common alternative name. According to Bacon, it was Sharp's descriptive name for the dance.

I've always thought of it as Old Molly, although I sometimes get that confused with Old Tom.

 

in the US, Step Back seems to be the more common name for some reason. First time someone asked me to play Step Back, I said I didn't know it - then he hummed Old Tom, and I changed my mind.
