Wolf Molkentin
Very nice rhythmic approach to playing the reels on the piano, enjoyed that a lot! And congrats for apparently being on your way with the new instrument as well! Best wishes - Wolf Edited February 14, 2015 by blue eyed sailor

Louise Yeo
3rd week now since I took delivery of my Rochelle and really enjoying the practise, havn't tried any self taught reels, your's does sound really good. I've just introduced B flat into some of the tunes, p23 of the Rochelle tutor, are you using the index finger for both the B flat and G that follows? it feels a bit strange and slow, so not sure that's correct. I don't have the Rochelle tutor, so I don't know if it's telling you what buttons to use, but -- assuming the G is the one in the same octave as the Bb, -- I think I wouln't use the push G in the C row right after the Bb. Instead, I'd use either the push G in the G row or the pull G in the "accidental" row (next to the Bb, if we're talking left hand).
Louise Yeo
Thank you Jim, I 've not long realised l've been getting into a bit of muddle, trying to learn the English and Irish styles of playing, sticking to the English method now, as l also dance in a Morris side and seem to be back on track and making some music.
