Although it's not a recent YouTube posting, I ran across a nice TG4 feature on Mrs. Crotty today. I've done a content search here and don't see any indication that it's been highlighted previously so I'm going to do that now.

The video has some flaws; there's almost four minutes of unrelated content at the start, it ends abruptly during the playing of an Air and the sound seems a little out of sync at times, but all in all I found it to be interesting and worthwhile to watch.

Thanks

The link that you posted is a great mix of complete tunes. Many that I haven't heard before or thought of playing on the concertina.

And one more from Clare County Library (with Patrick Kelly from Cree).

That is actually a mistake, it's not Patrick Kelly who is playing with her there but Kathleen Harrington.

Thank you for letting me know.

I know where the mistake originates (I was given a copy of the tape by the same person well over a decade ago) and pointed this out to the librarian at Clare library working on the page (she had me look at the page to spot mistakes before it went up) but she let it go up as 'Patrick Kelly' anyway. It is a recording made by Ciarán MacMathúna and Ned Nugent (his soundman) for RTE.
