Arno Arnold Marca Registrata Concertina

I recently acquired two concertina's from uncle who passed away. One of them is Arno Arnold concertina. It is in very good condition. I know he had it reconditioned a while back. He's had it since the 30's or 40's. I would like to sell it but I have no idea where to even start. I live in California and have taken it to a few music shops but they have no idea. Any suggestions? I've attached one photo.

Looks like a Chemnitzer concertina to me.

Can you show us a picture of the ends of the instrument, the parts with the keys? With that we should be able to more specifically nail down some of the details.
