French 18Th Century Music At The English Concertina - A Try

Recommended Posts

I detect no particular reverberation. Much organ music is played in places of worship where echo and reverberation is so often very much part of the overall effect. If there were any reverberation in this performance it would therefore not be entirely inappropriate. What I do detect is more than a touch of virtuosity.

Wow! I'm tempted to play this for an organist friend and ask him what he thinks of this organist I discovered!

I still continue to be amazed at what some members of this community can do, and what the EC can do.

I think the 19th century proponents in "serious" music on the concertina would be pleased.

Wow! Zest, grace, humor, amazing playing. The only drawback is the poor quality of the mp3s you are offering. I would gladly download a larger file to get a better quality sound. 1.77mb is a very friendly size but five times that would actually let me hear what you are up to.
