Jim Besser Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Can anybody identify the first tune in this great Brian Peters set? (the second is the First of August, I believe, and he pairs it with a different tune on one of his CDs.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5alN8z0eIE
Rod Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 It may have a name. It may have more than one name. It may be an un-named, original, but very well rehearsed improvisation. Someone will know the answer.
marshall Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 I think this is the "Cefn Coed Polka" which appears in Brian's tune book "Rattle and Roll". He recorded it on his CD "Lines". Chas

Chas That's it, thanks! I have a recording of that set, but I was confused because the A and B parts are reversed. Appreciate the help!
