I've often felt the desire for a conductor..... at some sessions... but then I tried finding better quality sessions.... not always sucessfully!

Cool! Some info about this guy at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juan_d'Arienzo . I believe that bandoneons are a type of concertina, but that would be another discussion...
