There are quite a few concertina players in the area you define, and many of them are not active members of concertina.net. You might do well to contact The Folk Music Society of New York and The Folk Project. I was also going to recommend the Folk Music Society of Northern New Jersey, but I can't find any current web presence for them. Not to worry, as there was always a close association between FMSNNJ and the Folk Project, so the one contact should hopefully lead to others.
