Looks similar to the Lark in the Morning Galway, the Jim Laabs Excalibur W-15LN, the Boorinwood W15MSc, the Hobgoblin GR4716, etc. I don't know if anyone here has tried any of these, but the track record of Chinese-made concertinas (with the notable exception of the Concertina Connection Jack/Jackie/Rochelle/Elise concertinas has not been great.
