To add to the plethora of concertina goings on in Clare next Spring, the dates for Noel's week in Ballyvaughan have now been finalised. This coincides with the Russell weekend in Doolin (22/23rd Feb) and the Corofin festival (24th to 30th). A fantastic 2-weeks period in Clare, first the Cruinniu in Miltown Malbay, Doolin festival, Noel Hill school/Corofin.... Can one ask for more!?

I remember the Corfin festival with snow and horizontal sleet. But it can be anything, good, bad or indifferent..

I live on an island off the swedish westcoast and has similar weather as in west of Ireland. We have a saying here that there is no bad weather, just poor clothes!
