hi folks

I'm happy to share with people that can understand why a man spend a lot of time cutting and glueing small pieces of chamois leather :-)

With this work, my Edeo's heads have a new chamoise gaskets and the airtight is no doubt better than before!

Did you replace the chamois inside of the Bellows as well , to make the Reed Pans fit nice and tightly ?

Yes it is a lot of work but can make a big difference.

Yes, I did. I used the double soft adhesive tape to fix the chamois leather on the "wall" of the bellow. I needed two different thickness of tape fot the adjustment of two reed pans.
