hielandman Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Hello Folks, due to the fact that I have a glut of 20 button C/G concertina's, but not a glut of 1995 Jeep Wrangler real axle/differential assemblies(of which I am in need!), I need to sell a concertina or two....I am offering my 20 button C/G Crabb, made in 1937 for the South African market....It is a normal 20 button concertina(not a Squash Box) in Very Good Condition, with Lachenal Fretwork. It has steel reeds, metal buttons(all bushed), and new valves, pads, and handstraps...and been re-tuned....riveted action...it is a nice instrument...I put it on ebay last week, it didn't sell, but for some reason people bid more for an unrestored instrument the week prior, than they did on this one! Oh well.....I am asking somewhat less than it is worth, $750.00 USD. In the US, I will cover the shipping, overseas, the shipping will be as follows: UK and Ireland=30 USD; Continental Europe=40 USD; Japan and Australia=50 USD. To see pictures, and the ebay description, go to here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/261231309966?ssPageName=STRK:MEUSX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1560.l2649 It is a finished auction, but you can still see the item description. If I am/were to sell it here, the usual donation will be made to the site. Thanks for looking, Don
hielandman Posted June 27, 2013 Author Posted June 27, 2013 I'v attached some pictures of the instrument, for those of you that were not interested in seeing them by going through ebay...Also, I will be vending at a Scottish festival in Ithaca NY this weekend(June 29 & 30) and will have the concertina with me, so, if anyone is in that area and is interested, come on by! Thanks, and take care, Don
