English Country Music Weekend

Recommended Posts

The English Country Music Weekend 2013 is happening in Winster, Derbyshire, June 28th - 30th. It is a session based weekend, with additional special events, talks and discussions. If ECMW is new to you, it is a weekend based on traditional English music, and as we are in Derbyshire, there is a focus on tunes from the Northern counties.

For more information, email mo.ecmw@yahoo.co.uk and I will send you further details.

Presumably North West Morris tunes will also be acceptable, Alan?

And as my wife, Doreen is originally from these parts, and has danced and played for a number of North West morris sides, over the years, she's well qualified to lead a few tunes!
