Bruce McCaskey
I had some time this morning so thought I'd post links to selected YouTube videos uploaded in the last seven days: The first reveals something I was unaware of, Myron Floren could play concertina! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUwTnpeXLVw The April tune of the month "Waltz from Boda" - (perhaps listed elsewhere on this forum?) Concertina by the campfire - Little Brown Jug Can't see the concertina, but I thought this was worth a look for the vocalist. Einstein and the Concertina If you want more: I don't know quite how to catagorize this one, so I'll just say it's very unusual. Aside from the sound track, a concertina does make brief appearances at about the 3 minute point, again twice around 4:20 and at the end. Not my kind of music, but I wish I knew what this was about. Perverse Person Concertina http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsV_c-62saM The Fabulous Gen Echo Open Band (includes concertina) From the 2012 Bath Folk Festival The Flying Toads Juneau Folk Arts - On a Baritone English I admit this one is a "ringer" (not the kind of concertina this forum is home to), but I included it in admiration for the enthusiam and hardiness of the player, on a parade float in what is clearly very cold weather. The first minute of the video centers on the player. Buffalo Dyngus Day Parade

Jim Besser
I had some time this morning so thought I'd post links to selected YouTube videos uploaded in the last seven days: The Fabulous Gen Echo Open Band (includes concertina) I guess that's me somewhere in the infamous Glen Echo Wall of Sound. Also in this. It's been a busy few months and about to get busier! Edited April 18, 2013 by Jim Besser
Bruce McCaskey
If Myron is playing that concertina, well, I'll eat his hat! I did notice that his concertina sounds exactly like his accordion...
