Laurence
This morning I was practicing The Cliff of Moher on my concertina, and when I ended the tune the way some fiddlers do, dropping down to an A3, I wondered if six-fingered persons have ever tried learning concertina. Might be a advantage sometimes...if you could get your hands through the straps.
jdms
I think they traditionally become evil henchmen to wicked princes for a few decades before being hunted down and killed by the sons of Spanish swordsmiths whom they'd murdered (the swordsmiths, not the sons) rather than pay for top-notch custom work. Not much room for concertina-playing in that, alas. Although...is the Cliff of Moher anything like the Cliffs of Insanity?
David Barnert
Although...is the Cliff of Moher anything like the Cliffs of Insanity? Just like them, only moherso.
Laurence
Although...is the Cliff of Moher anything like the Cliffs of Insanity? Yep, there's the Cliffs, and then there's the Cliff...which may not be a dive you'll want to take...
Ann-p
Sixth finger is usually an extra pinkie on outside of hand, would be more useful than a thumb for playing!
