gldstone Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 Hi folks, I know you must love these 'drive by' members who just turn up to sell etc. As a member of several vintage drum forums I see it a lot too. So i appreciate the opportunity to advertise this here and if a sale is made I'll happily donate the appropriate % to the forum (an idea the drum forums should adopt actually) Anyway, I have this Lachenal Concertina that I can't play so I'd like to sell it. As far as i can tell it's a 56 button New Model with ebony ends, metal buttons and in very nice cosmetic condition with original case. It seems to have had the straps replaced at some point. I really can't say how it plays, or if it plays properly so you should assume it's not in concert tuning and in need of an overhaul. With this in mind I don't know it's true value so I'd be happy to get members' input on this. Or make an offer. I will supply any photos you may want and give answers to any questions you have. I'm happy to ship internationally.
ceemonster Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 i'm watching for a metal-ended Lachenal New Model TT or metal-ended Crabb TT. but it looks nice...
gldstone Posted March 24, 2013 Author Posted March 24, 2013 This concertina has now been sold to a forum member pending payment. Thanks for your interest and allowing me to advertise it here. A donation to the forum will be made as soon as payment clears and the sale is finalised. Thanks again.
