adrian brown
It's - Despite having lived in Shoreditch as a teenager, there's A Little Bit too much of the Dick van Dyke about the Cockney for my liking, but I know what I have to work on :-) Hope you'll enjoy it anyway, and won't be put off coming to see us in Ilkley, Yorkshire next month.Adrian

Wolf Molkentin
I've been lucky enough to get a live rendition of this thing last Saturday at the German Concertina Meeting... As great as this video promises... Thank you Adrian & Susanna (and Robert for the weekend all in all)!

adrian brown
Thanks for all your kind comments. I'd actually like to do this piece a bit faster - Harry Champion takes it at a blistering tempo on his - somewhere in the 130+ b.p.m. range! But it's quite a tricky thing to perform and every metronome tick faster, seems to increase my failure rate by 10% or so... I pretty much follow the piano score of the published version, which is a slightly different tune to the original recording, but I transposed it to F major to suit my voice more.Adrian
