I decided to take the time to find and consider all the concertina-related videos on YouTube that had been posted in the last week. I was amazed by the number I found, and some of them I consider to be real gems. To be clear, this is not all I found, but most of them, a sort of high-grade of the available content.

Offered with a respectful nod to our past member who used to offer frequent posts of recent videos:

A great example of a player that really moves his concertina

Frances Folk Gathering: Spanish Waltz

What shall we do with the druken sailor

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBTb-2Eh1H0

Celtic Southern Cross 2013 Final Concert 5 Concertinas

Celtic Southern Cross 2013 Final Concert 3 Harps and Concertinas

Celtic Southern Cross 2013 Final Concert 4 Harps & Concertinas

コンサーティーナで「崖の上のポニョ」 PONYO on concertina

Miss McLeod's Reel

OK, it's brief, and not exactly a serious posting here, but I think I could handle this concertina

PlanToys-Concertina

Caitlin Nic Gabhann.... e la sua magica " concertina " Mondovì 23-2-13

Louisa & Loic Irish trad session @ Jack's

You're in for a treat with these next four, what a great player:

Colm Delaney and Fionan de Barra: - O'Flaherty Irish Music Retreat 2012

Part 1:

Part 2:

Part 3:

Part 4:

This next one is a little different:

Slowing down

The Country Lass, Mrs Casey, I Hope to Marry Charlie

The Great Divide by Pillars of Society

Admittedly, this next one is less about concertina and more about Willie Clancy Summer School in 1987, but it was just posted in this last week and I think it's a great look at the event and people involved then.

The concertina presence is slight in this one, I see it dimly at the far left of the group, but don't hear it. No comment on the vocal message. There were several more videos of this group posted in the last week if you have an interest.

Six Feet North - Moonshine & Mary-Jane (Live at The Jenny Lind Feb 2013)

Squeezebox Recital - Finale

First Echoes of Erin 2013 Concert was in Leicester

Unstrung Heroes at Bristol Folk Festival

'Rambling Miner' - Unstrung Heroes

This one appears to be intended as a semi-static promotional video, but the concertina sounds nice

This final listing is a static promotional video with a mechanical voice, but I find the existence of such a book interesting so included it:

Music Book Summary: Gospel Anglo Concertina Solos by Ondrej Sarek

Bravo Bruce! Just last week I almost posted how much I miss Leo's contibutions to this forum. But I wasn't sure if it was appropriate or not.... I love these round ups that I never take the time to do myself. I usually save them for Friday afternoons TGIF. Thank-you for taking the tim--and then posting for the rest of us to enjoy besides! I still think of Leo every time I check this section of the forum, and he was on my mind as I assembled this list. As a result of his efforts there was always abundant fresh material here to view and listen to, and I always felt he really helped shine a light on what people are currently doing with our instrument. Not to diminish the invidual contributions here, but it's been much quieter since his passing.

Thanks for posting the links Bruce. I recognised the tune featured in the clip below. It is a lovely Swedish tune called "The Boda Waltz", a tune that has been in my repertoire for quite sometime.

Thankyou very much for sharing the information with us.

It was really interesting, particulrally Colm Delaney, I like a lot his lively style, and his slides.
