The first part of the video has Ray on the concertina with the kids and Mrs. The stand in on mando is Rick E Vengeance. this You tube poster posts some good stuff but unfortunately many of the clips are too long, not described so don't get attention. He also posted some good clips on dances at Nariel or Cudgewa some which had concertinas in.
