AnnC Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 not long to this friendly little weekend festival , ideal if you prefer small festivals to great big ones Whitby Spring Session 2013 no line up published yet but one of the organisers lives over the road from me so it'll be easy to find out when it's all settled ....... there will be Morris Dancing events held mainly in the Rugby Club, festival camping is on the Rugby Club site but you can get a festival ticket without camping included if you're going to make your own arrangements

Provisional Programme Friday: "Welcome to Whitby"… after setting up your camping, enjoy fish n chips freshly cooked by us (Moor & Coast Catering), before a great evening concert… with special guests"Other Roads" and "Emma & the Professor" plus full supporting guests... Late night session after the concert, open to all ticket holders... Saturday: Breakfast at the Rugby Club for all camping then enjoy an easy afternoon in Whitby, with sessions in local pubs and dancers on the harbour side. An evening concert with guests "Something Nasty in the Woodshed" and "The Chimney Boys" plus full support… Late night session after the concert, open to all ticket holders...
