sandrastone
Seeking a first-rate, classically-trained musician that plays the concertina for a trilogy of interrelated comic chamber operas that mirror our times, two of the scores are written by gifted, award-winning composers, the libretti, by an award winning poet. Located in Portland, OR. Lodging can be provided. Preview in the spring, which might entail only two days, with the full opera being performed in the fall. Please contact for more info, if interested.

JimLucas
Wim Wakker is your man – and he lives in Washington state. info@concertinaconnection.com He certainly has the skills, but if it's an extended engagement (in the fall), would he want to take the time away from building concertinas... and would we want him to? It's nearly a 6 hour drive between Valleyford and Portland, so commuting really wouldn't work. In spite of that, you really ought to contact him. Randy Stein, another member here, lives on the other coast, but otherwise would seem to be a prime candidate.
