How do you know it's a scam? Everybody knows that Wheatstone made some pretty good Lachenal concertinas.

The giveaway is that the seller does not want you to pay with Paypal, but to contact them direct. This gives no protection as a buyer. It is a condition of ebay listings that paypal is offered, so this person has to do so, but is trying to get round it. These items are lifted from another sale of the item previously. One tenor treble on "sale" was owned by a cnet member! If anyone pays by money transfer, eg bank or Western Union, the money will disappear and the item will not be received. Because they have hacked into another ebay account it is unlikely they can be traced. Recently I found several high value items, musical instruments and bikes, all with the same payment format on a sports clothing retailers site. Have a good look at it and BEWARE!
