BertramLevy
A great old-timey review Playing old time Appalachian music on the concertina is a bit like blazing new territory (see the discussion in the learning section of this site in the past few months). So it is especially satisfying to read a great review from the oldest and most respected labels and distributors of old time music in the USA, County Records. Famous for their economy of words, this review reflects a real enthusiasm for this fiddle-concertina combination. I am especially pleased because the review validates the possibility of achieving an old-time Southern sound with the right instrument and these particular concertina arrangements.click here

Anglo Enthusiast
Congratulations!Looks like a real breakthrough and is well-deserved. I'm still listening to THE BELLOW AND THE BOW constantly. Like SAGEFLOWER SUITE, FIRST GENERATION, and THAT OLD GUT FEELING it is a timeless achievement and is just as miraculous upon repeated listenings as the initial experience of discovery. Andy.
