Does this concertina have a Wheastsone/Lachenal layout or a Jeffries layout? Is it tuned to C/G keys or G/D?

How old is this concertina? Are there any known issues that need to be repaired?

It is a 2004 and has no issues to be repaired. Holds huge breaths and has great action. Really a well made instrument

I had inquired about the instrument, and the seller told me that the instrument was sold...just putting 2 and 2 together.
