Too good for Morris! Malcolm PS - I am going home on Thursdays until further notice, so I can't ask you in person - what have you replaced it with? And a wonderful player. If I had the $ I'd buy it in a flash.

Both play fine but none match the beauty of the Dipper.

neill
Weird, winning bidder from Australia bids in the final seconds and then no contact from him. Looks like the concertina isn't going to South Australia after all!
David Levine
Ebay scores again. But don't give up hope. The bidder may yet come through.
Torres Strait Anglo
No contact? Its only been a day or so, some of us have jobs that take us away from computers & such stuff for a time. The buyer may have had to put to sea or something, right as the auction ended.

Looks like the concertina isn't going to South Australia after all! May have used a snipe tool to place an automatic bid. As others say, maybe hasn't seen his email yet. Or maybe he(?) has and is still sweet-talking his bank manager... Edited August 1, 2012 by malcolmbebb
Myrtle's cook
Or sweet-talking his wife/or sweet talking her husband! It's a truly beautiful box, but I'm not sure I'd get away with buying it unless I had a secret concertina fund unknown to my infinitely better half! Seriously, do hope the buyer comes forward promptly - otherwise it is most unfair (to put it mildly) on the seller and underbidder(s).
