Gerry
Heh! Heh! Watch out you lot. I've had a tax rebate, so now I can afford a taxi to take me directly to M.C. bypassing all the prevoius play. That was 4 days ago and I'm still in the taxi, but I'm sure I'm almost there. ---- sent from my iPhone in the taxi at East Putney.
JimLucas
sent from my iPhone in the taxi at East Putney. Huh? I have a friend who lives in East Putney... but that's in the state of Vermont, in the USA. Isn't that out of bounds?

And in a Transverse Side Flanker and Hub encompassing movement , having removed ourselves back to the Tube system (allowed I believe under the subset of the rules instituted in 1973, given that there is some dubious legality in moves made by unconventional transport ?) we move to Waterloo in order to circumvent the potential dire consequences of that last move Wonder if Mr Trimming is about to play one of his devastating blinders now? Chris Timson
Wonder if Mr Trimming is about to play one of his devastating blinders now? I had the same thought. I have to agree with Samantha on this one. Chris
Simon H
Hard to believe that the opening could have been left for a straight pass to Wimbledon Park. Humph must be spinning in his grave to see such play.

Humph would be chortling to himself, knowing that the way was left open for Mornington Crescent I'm sure that Samantha will agree that the simultaneous application of Ancient and Modern and Admiralty rules leaves the way open for the clinching move. Chris Timson
Good grief! You had me scrabbling through my manuals there! I don't think the move is as obvious as you suggest - in fact I think you are being overly modest, that was as nice a triple-twisted swan turner as I've seen in a month of Fridays! Mr Corner, you are this year's winner. Well done. Chris

Meanwhile, it's back to "Morningside Crescent", although the tram works in Princes Street make an additional complication. PS Gerry - has your taxi arrived yet?
