I recently purchased an old Flutina, not knowing exactly what it was at the time. The bellows is in relatively good shape but does have a few leaks tat need to be sealed. The mother of pearl keys appear to be in tact and functional. It needs a good cleaning, some lubrication and new pads. Does anyone know of someone who does this type of restoration for a reasonable fee? I am a woodwinds musician and could replace the pads, etc. but I have no idea how to seal a bellows. Need advice and help.

You could also contact Andy Gelfert at the Victorian Accordeon Company

Andy has done some reed fabrication and tuning for me, and he is currently working on a reproduction of an early French accordeon or flutina as they are sometimes called.
