What is this tune?

The following is a really great you tube video.

 

The first tune that he plays is also the introduction tune to some plays produced by the BBC a few years back - Agatha Raisin. Can any one tell me what the tune is and where I might get the dots?

Got it, found the music, learned it by heart. Here is my first recorded attempt.

Pace sounds pretty good to me. I think you should listen to it played by various sides on youtube to give you a few ideas for adding a bit of variety, it's quite a monotonous tune. The melodeon player in our side often substitutes a bit of the Keel Row for the normal B music.
