concertina place in NJ passaic

any one know a concertina place or something in NJ passaic? and if not so at least NYC.

A place to _play_ concertinas? Probably, there are folks around the NYC area. A place to _buy/repair_ concertinas? We are a tiny market, I can only think of a handful of repair people in all of North America and a couple of retail stores. Let us know what you are after.

I live very close to Passaic and if there is ANYTHNG related to concertinas there it would be dumbfounded.

No shops to buy one, no place to have one repaired and no place to play (unless you start promoting yourself.

There are a few sessions that happen in Northern New Jersey in addition to NYC if you are talking about performing.

The best thing for trying other makes would be a workshop or maybe if you could make it up to the button box in MA.

 

Alternatively you could try looking around at local sessions and when you find a concertina player with a better concertina than your own, complain about yours a lot and see if they offer to let you try theirs...
