grahamule Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 So I've been watching YouTube videos of Alistair Anderson and I find myself wondering: does he play a smaller concertina, is he just a tall dude, or is there some other illusion going on here? The instrument just seems a little smaller in his hands.

The instrument just seems a little smaller in his hands. He is tall, and his hands aren't small. When I've seen him he has mainly played a wonderful metal-ended Wheatstone, complemented by an amboyna (Wheatstone) Aeola, both standard-size trebles.
